    Feel your whole body loosen up and relieve stiffness and tightness in this 14ish min all over body stretch. Equipment used is an 8 in Bala Pilates ball

    Loosen your back up and relieve stiffness with this 8ish minute back stretch class. Equipment needed is an 8inch Pilates ball

  • 5ish Minute Neck Stretch

    Stretch your neck, increase range of motion and relieve neck tension in this 5ish minute neck stretch class. No equipment needed

  • 24ish Minute Yoga

    Feel the zen and get your body moving in this 24ish minute yoga class. Wake up your body in the am or unwind from the day. This 24ish minute yoga class will have you feeling all the feels. No equipment needed. If you have tight hamstrings or a tight back you can use 2 yoga blocks

  • 10ish Minute Yoga Stretch

    Try this flow in the morning to wake up the body or try it at night to unwind. You can also add it to the end of any other class to get a deep stretch and cool the body down
